Before you call the insurance company to report your claim you should write down the following information to make this process easier.
- The date and time of the incident.
- Any description of the accident and any individuals that were involved including any witnesses.
- Were the Police called and the name and badge number of the officer.
- If an automobile accident, record the information on any other parties involved such as name, address, phone numbers and the type of cars. Have your automobile ID card with the policy numbers handy so that you can give this to the insurance company.
Today, most insurance companies request that you call them direct to report the accident. This gives them an opportunity to assign their adjustor immediately to give you good claims service. We receive a FAX copy of your report so that we can follow up on the claim. You can call us with any questions on how to process your claim and its handling with the insurance companies.

On weekends and holidays we maintain an answering machine service so that we can call you back as soon as possible.
