Pete Hallman is a Partner and Vice President of Evans, Hauseman and Richard, Inc., and runs the Agency’s Sales Operations. A Chester County resident, Pete attended Owen J. Roberts High School and Penn State University before joining the firm of Evans, Conger & Bahr, Inc. as a licensed Agent in 1978. Pete become a Partner in Evans, Hauseman & Richard when the two Agencies merged in 1994 to become the largest Independent Agency in the Borough of Pottstown.

Pete has long been involved in community activities. Pete is a member of the Owen J. Roberts Athletic Association, and was Head Coach of the Owen J. Roberts Middle School Softball Team from 1995 to 2004. Pete also is a member of the Pennsylvania District 27 Little League Umpires Association.

Pete currently resides in North Coventry Township with his two daughters, Lindsay and Katie. Lindsay is a student at Penn State University, and Katie is a student at Owen J. Roberts High School.
